Cancellation fee applies. 24 hours notice required.  No refunds on block bookings unless I am unable to fulfill my commitment to you. Exceptions are at my discretion examples would be serious illness or injury ( paralysis coma death loss of limbs etc). Lessons must be taken within one year of  payment.
